2010 Mercedes Benz E-Class Coupe

2010 Mercedes Benz E-class Coupe
After a long and torturous wait, the completed 2010 Mercedes Benz E-class was finally unveiled earlier last month to an impatient public. The 2010 edition has been completely re-designed to reflect the latest style tweaks adopted by Mercedes, and it also features some high-tech additions that are sure to raise some eyebrows. The outside of the car looks a lot sleeker and more aerodynamic, and the measly .25 drag coeffeicient that Benz engineers were able to achieve shows that the car is as streamlined as it appears. In addition to improved aerodynamics the new E-class is also 30 percent stiffer to ensure precision handling.
On the tech side of things, Mercedes has introduced a feautre dubbed “Attention Assist,” which detects if a driver is drowsy and in danger of falling asleep based on 70 different measurements. For those who spend a lot of time on the road or have early morning and late night commutes, Attention Assist just might be your new best friend. Adaptive Main Beam Assist is another automated feature which adjusts the angle of your main beams to ensure the best possible illumination for current light levels without blinding other drivers and sending them spinning into trees. Now isn’t that kind? One of the most unique and innovative features is the new Speed Limit Assist, which actually reads speed limit signs as you pass them and displays the current speed limit in your speedometer. With an engine that pushes out a little over 200 HP (E 250 CDI diesel), you’re going to need all the help you can get when it comes to avoiding speeding tickets.
